Refund Policy

Scope and Acceptance
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all Vizura subscriptions, plans, add-ons, and one-time purchases made directly from Vizura. By starting a trial, subscribing, or otherwise paying Vizura, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
Free Trial
All plans include a 3-day free trial beginning at the moment of signup. You may cancel any time during the 3-day trial to avoid charges. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and the applicable fee will be charged. Charges incurred after the trial ends are generally non-refundable.
General Refund Policy (Non-Refundable by Default)
Except as explicitly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law, all fees are final and non-refundable, including for:
- Forgetting to cancel before the trial ends or before the renewal date
- Partial months or years of service
- Downgrades, unused features, or unused time
- Promotional or discounted offers
- One-time setup, onboarding, training, or professional service fees
Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved, at Vizura’s sole discretion, only for the following cases and only if you contact us within 7 calendar days of the charge:
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
- Verified billing error by Vizura: A clear, documented mistake in the amount charged.
- Unauthorized/fraudulent charge: A payment made without your authorization, supported by credible evidence. We may require proof and you may be asked to file a fraud claim with your payment provider.
- Inability to access the service due to a Vizura platform issue during your first paid billing cycle that: (a) materially prevents core use; (b) is reported to us promptly; and (c) is not resolved after documented cooperation with our support team. In such cases, Vizura may issue a refund or a service credit at our discretion.
Service Credits vs. Refunds
Where appropriate, Vizura may offer a service credit instead of a refund (for example, to address a service disruption). Service credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and expire if not used within 6 months unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; access continues until then.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods after cancellation.
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No refunds for the difference in price mid-cycle.
- Upgrades may be charged immediately or prorated; upgrade charges are non-refundable.
Annual and Multi-Month Plans
Annual or multi-month subscriptions are billed upfront and are non-refundable after the trial period ends.
You can cancel future renewals at any time; access remains until the end of the prepaid term.
Enterprise/Contracted Accounts
If you have a separate master services agreement or order form with Vizura, the refund and cancellation terms in that agreement control to the extent of any conflict with this Policy.
Third-Party Marketplaces and Resellers
If you purchased Vizura through a third party (e.g., app store, reseller, payment platform), their refund policies apply and all refund requests must be directed to them.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact Vizura Support before initiating a chargeback; we can often resolve issues quickly.
Unfounded or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of service and may be referred to collections.
Taxes, Currency, and Fees
All fees are charged in the currency presented at checkout and are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Taxes and regulatory fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Bank, exchange, or transfer fees are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund (for eligible cases)
- Contact: info@vizura.ai with your account email, invoice ID, date of charge, amount, and a brief description.
- Deadline: Submit within 7 calendar days of the charge.
- Processing: If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider (typically 5–10 business days after approval).
Legal Rights and Consumer Exceptions
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights (e.g., EEA/UK), we will honor those rights as required. You acknowledge that access to Vizura may begin immediately upon signup, and to the extent permitted by law, you consent to immediate performance, which may waive certain withdrawal rights once the service has begun.
Abuse of Trial or Refunds
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke trials and to deny refunds if we detect abuse, excessive refund requests, account misuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app reasonably in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
