This Privacy Policy explains how Vizura (“Vizura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit www.vizura.ai (the “Website”) and when you access or use our products and services available at app.vizura.ai (the “Portal,” and together with the Website, the “Services”). It also describes your privacy rights and how to exercise them.
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1) Who we are and how to contact us
- Data controller: For personal information we collect through the Website and for account administration, billing, marketing, and support related to the Portal, Vizura is the data controller.
- Data processor/service provider: For personal information that customers and users upload to, store in, or process through the Portal (“Customer Content”), Vizura acts as a data processor/service provider on behalf of the customer, in accordance with our agreement and any applicable data processing addendum (DPA).

2) Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Visitors to www.vizura.ai
- Users with accounts on app.vizura.ai
- Individuals who communicate with us or otherwise interact with our Services
This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
- Information processed solely on behalf of our customers within the Portal where the customer acts as the controller (see section 10)
- Employees, job applicants, or contractors, except as otherwise provided by notice to those individuals
Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide to us
- Account and profile information: name, email address, password or authentication credentials, company, role, and preferences.
- Communications: inquiries, support requests, feedback, survey responses, and correspondence.
- Customer Content: data, files, documents, datasets, images, code, prompts, messages, annotations, and other content you upload or generate within the Portal.
- Billing and transactions: payment method details (processed by our payment processors), billing address, tax IDs, and transaction history. We do not store full payment card numbers; our processors may provide us with limited details such as the last 4 digits and expiration date.
- Events and marketing: registration details and preferences when you sign up for events, newsletters, or marketing communications.
3.2 Information we collect automatically
- Usage and log data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, settings, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, timestamps, language, and other activity data.
- Device identifiers and cookies: cookies, web beacons, pixels, SDKs, session IDs, and similar technologies that help us recognize your browser or device and remember your settings.
- Approximate location: derived from your IP address to understand general location (e.g., city/region). We do not collect precise geolocation unless you explicitly allow it.
3.3 Information we receive from third parties
- Single sign-on (SSO) and identity providers.
- Payment processors and fraud prevention partners.
- Analytics, security, and infrastructure providers.
- Marketing and event partners, and publicly available sources.
3.4 Sensitive personal information
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, precise geolocation, health information) through the Website. If you upload or process sensitive information in the Portal as Customer Content, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate notices. We handle such data according to our agreement and applicable law and do not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Services.
4. How we use personal information
4.1 Purposes
- Provide and operate the Services, including creating and maintaining accounts, authenticating users, processing transactions, and enabling Portal features.
- Support and communications, including responding to inquiries and providing technical support.
- Security and integrity, including monitoring, preventing, and detecting fraud, abuse, security incidents, and harmful content.
- Improve and develop the Services, including analytics, research, testing, troubleshooting, and feature development.
- Personalization, where permitted, such as tailoring content, features, and recommendations.
- Legal and compliance, including enforcing terms, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting rights.
- Marketing and events, including sending service-related notices and, where permitted, promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing at any time.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data based on:
- Performance of a contract (e.g., to provide the Portal).
- Legitimate interests (e.g., to secure and improve the Services, communicate with you about similar products, prevent fraud) balanced against your interests and rights.
- Consent (e.g., for certain cookies, marketing, or where required by law). You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligations (e.g., tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements).

- Customer and collaborators: If you use the Portal within an organization, your organization’s administrators and authorized users may access your activity and Customer Content according to your organization’s settings and policies.
- Legal and safety: To comply with law, regulation, legal process, or lawful requests; to enforce agreements; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vizura, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections. We will notify you of any material changes affecting your personal information.
- With your consent: When you direct us to share or otherwise consent to sharing.
- Aggregated or de-identified data: We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

- Customer Content: retained according to your or your organization’s settings and our agreement.
We may retain and use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information for legitimate business purposes. We take steps to avoid re-identifying such data.
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use strong, unique passwords and enable available security features.
10. Our role for Customer Content in the Portal
- Controller vs. processor: For Customer Content processed in the Portal, your organization is the controller. Vizura processes Customer Content only according to your organization’s instructions and our agreement.
- Data Processing Addendum: A DPA is available upon request and governs our processing of Customer Content for customers subject to data protection laws.
- Model training: We do not use Customer Content to train foundation or generalized models without your explicit permission or as otherwise permitted in a separate written agreement.
11. Your privacy choices and rights
11.1 General choices
- Marketing: You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting info@vizura.ai . You will continue to receive transactional or service-related communications.
- Cookies: Manage cookie preferences via your browser settings and any cookie tools we provide.
- Account: You can review and update certain account information via your Portal account settings.
11.2 EEA/UK/Switzerland residents
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request:Access to your personal data;
- Correction of inaccurate data;
- Deletion of your data;
- Restriction of processing;
- Data portability;
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing;
- Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

11.3 United States residents
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws. California (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws: Subject to exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Know the categories of personal information collected, the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients;
- Access and obtain a copy of specific pieces of personal information;
- Delete personal information;
- Correct inaccuracies;
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics or for cross-context advertising);
- Opt out of sale or sharing (not applicable as described above);
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
Categories we collect: identifiers (e.g., name, email, IP), commercial information (transactions), internet or network activity (usage and logs), geolocation (approximate), professional information (company, role), inferences (limited personalization), and Customer Content you provide. We collect these from you, your devices, our service providers, and publicly available sources, for the business purposes outlined in Section 4, and disclose them to the recipient categories in Section 6. We retain them as described in Section 8.
Submitting requests: Email info@vizura.ai with your request and sufficient details to verify your identity. You may designate an authorized agent by providing written authorization. We will respond within the timelines required by law.
Appeals: If we deny your request (e.g., under Colorado, Connecticut, or Virginia laws), you may appeal by emailing info@vizura.ai with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal and the reasons.
12. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact info@vizura.ai and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to third-party websites, apps, or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those third parties.
14. Automated decision-making
We do not engage in solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you. We may use automated tools for security, fraud detection, service functionality, and personalization, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Definitions
“Customer Content” means any data, information, or material that users or customers submit to or process through the Portal.
“Personal information” or “personal data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be associated with an identified or identifiable individual.
“Services” means the Website and the Portal, including related features, apps, tools, and communications.This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all Vizura subscriptions, plans, add-ons, and one-time purchases made directly from Vizura. By starting a trial, subscribing, or otherwise paying Vizura, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
